Where a player is found to be under 18, their account will be immediately suspended, all winnings will be void, and any deposited funds will be returned to the original payment source after deducting any bonuses claimed.

3.5 KYC Verification. pkr555 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to a copy of your Computerised National Identity Card (CNIC), proof of residential address, and proof of ownership of the payment method used. Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in restrictions on deposits, withdrawal processing, or account access.
4.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your pkr555 account credentials, including your username, password, and OTP codes. You must not share these details with any third party.
4.2 All activity conducted through your pkr555 account, including bets placed and transactions processed, is your sole responsibility regardless of whether you authorised that activity. pkr555 cannot be held liable for losses arising from unauthorised account access where the player has failed to maintain the security of their login credentials.

5.4 Same-Method Withdrawal Policy. pkr555 reserves the right to require that withdrawals be returned to the same payment method from which the original deposit was made. This policy is applied at pkr555's discretion as part of its anti-money laundering and fraud prevention obligations.
5.5 Currency. All transactions on the pkr555 platform are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). No foreign currency conversion fees are applied by pkr555 on transactions conducted in PKR.
6.1 pkr555 offers various bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and promotional incentives. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms, including wagering requirements, minimum odds, eligible games, expiry dates, and maximum withdrawal limits derived from bonus funds. These specific terms are disclosed at the point of opt-in and take precedence over these general Terms & Conditions in matters of conflict.
6.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds are not withdrawable until the applicable wagering requirement has been met. The wagering requirement specifies the total amount that must be wagered before bonus-derived funds may be withdrawn. pkr555 displays each player's wagering progress in the Bonuses section of their account dashboard.
6.3 Abuse Prevention. pkr555 reserves the right to withdraw bonus offers, void bonus-derived winnings, and suspend accounts where it has reasonable grounds to believe that bonuses are being claimed in an abusive, systematic, or fraudulent manner. This includes but is not limited to the use of multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, the use of low-risk betting strategies to satisfy wagering requirements, and coordinated account activity.
6.4 Bonuses are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash outside the conditions specified in the applicable promotion terms.
7.1 All bets placed on the pkr555 platform are subject to the applicable game rules and sportsbook rules in force at the time the bet is accepted. Game rules are accessible within the information panel of each game or betting market.

12.3 Players may request the closure of their pkr555 account at any time by contacting pkr555 support. Any remaining balance will be processed for withdrawal to the player's last verified payment method within 5 business days.
